Sustainability

At Meyteks Textile, sustainability is an integral part of our approach to textile manufacturing. We continuously invest in more responsible production methods and technologies to reduce our environmental impact and create more sustainable solutions for our customers.

Renewable energy plays an important role in our production. Approximately 80% of the electricity we consume is generated by solar panels installed on the roof of our facility, significantly reducing our reliance on conventional energy sources.

We also have a rainwater harvesting system installed on the roof of our facility, allowing us to collect and utilize rainwater as part of our efforts to use natural resources more efficiently and reduce water consumption.

We regularly produce organic and recycled textile products using carefully selected sustainable materials, including organic cotton, recycled polyester, lyocell, and ECOVERO viscose.

We are proud to hold internationally recognized certifications, including GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard), OCS (Organic Content Standard), GRS (Global Recycled Standard), OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100, OEKO-TEX® STeP, and OEKO-TEX® MADE IN GREEN.

These certifications reflect our commitment to responsible sourcing, sustainable production, product safety, environmental responsibility, and continuous improvement throughout our manufacturing processes.

For us, sustainability is an ongoing commitment. We continuously work to improve our processes, increase the use of renewable resources, reduce waste and resource consumption, and offer our customers more responsible textile solutions.
